Terms of use
By using consulting.botitout.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the site
The site presents the consulting services of BotItOut Consulting, led by Yariv Hashai. It is for general information.
Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding commitment. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement, or an order that both sides have confirmed.
No professional advice
The content is general and does not take your circumstances into account. It is not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. Speak to a qualified adviser before relying on it. In particular, a description of how we handle privacy or security does not replace legal advice for your own business.
Intellectual property
The text, design, images and code of the site belong to BotItOut.com or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and link to it. You may not copy, republish or resell its content without our written permission, except for a short quotation with credit.
Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Please do not interfere with the site or its security, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, overload it with automated requests, or use it for anything unlawful. Automated access that respects robots.txt, such as search and AI crawlers, is welcome.
Third-party services and links
The site links to services we do not control, including Cal.com, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and botitout.com. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or remove content, or the site itself, at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BotItOut Consulting and Yariv Hashai are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy, which is linked in the footer of every page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
