In English or Hebrew.

Emails. Spreadsheets. Chats. Copy, paste, repeat.

Much of the work still happens by hand, one small step at a time.

First, we find the pattern.

Which steps repeat, where the data lives, and who waits on whom.

Then we connect the pieces.

Your tools, your data and your team, in one flow.

AI agents take the repetitive work.

Replying, sorting, drafting, following up. Decisions stay with your people.

You know AI matters. The hard part is knowing where to start.

Every week brings a new tool, a new model and a new vendor promising to transform your business. Meanwhile, the real work still runs on inboxes, spreadsheets and people copying data from one system to another.

Sound familiar?

  • Lots of options, no plan. You've tried a few tools, but nobody has mapped where AI would actually save time or money.
  • Pilots that stay pilots. The demo looked great. Months later, it's still a demo.
  • AI happening off the books. People paste company data into personal AI accounts because there's no approved way to do it.
  • Nobody owns it. AI is everyone's side project and nobody's job.

That's the gap we close: a clear plan, systems that work, and one person accountable for the result.

How we help

You can start with one service or combine them. A typical path is a workshop or an audit first, then a build.

Typical duration45–60 minutes · on-site or online · Hebrew or English

AI talks for your team

A focused talk that gets your people on the same page about AI: what it can really do today, where it fits in your business, and what to watch out for. Tailored to the room, with a live demo of AI agents doing real work.

  • Leadership: where AI pays off, what it really costs, and how to start without betting the business.
  • Tech teams: building with AI agents in production, covering architecture, guardrails, evaluation and cost.
  • The whole company: using AI tools well and safely at work, without the hype.

Also available for meetups and conferences.

Typical durationHalf a day (about 4 hours), remote or on-site

AI Strategy Workshop

Decide where AI pays off first, in half a day.

A focused session with your leadership team. We go through your goals, your processes and what AI can realistically do today, and you leave with a short list of opportunities ranked by value and effort.

Best for
Leadership teams that want a clear starting point before spending money on tools.
You get
A prioritised AI roadmap and a recommended first project.

Typical duration1–2 weeks

AI-Readiness Audit

A clear map of your processes, data and tools, and which of them are ready for AI.

We sit with the people who do the work, map how it actually flows, and review your data, systems and security. At the end you know what to automate, what to fix first, and what to leave alone.

Best for
Companies that want facts before decisions, or have an AI initiative that stalled.
You get
A process map, a readiness assessment, risk notes, and a ranked list of opportunities with estimated effort.

Typical durationFirst working pilot in 4–6 weeks

Custom AI Agents and Automations

AI agents built around your workflows and connected to the tools you already use.

We design, build and deploy agents and automations that do real work: answering customers, qualifying leads, drafting content, processing documents and moving data between systems. Each one has clear limits, human approval where it matters, and monitoring that shows you exactly what it does.

Best for
Teams with a defined process that eats hours every week.
You get
A working system in your environment, documentation, and a handover your team can run.

Typical duration1–3 sessions

Team Training

Hands-on AI training your team will use on Monday.

Practical sessions built around your team's real tasks, not generic demos. We cover safe use of AI tools, writing good prompts, working alongside agents, and your company's rules for data. In English or Hebrew.

Best for
Teams already using AI informally who need shared skills and clear rules.
You get
Training sessions, an internal playbook, and a draft AI usage policy.

Typical durationMonthly, ongoing

Fractional AI Lead

Senior AI leadership, part-time, without a full-time hire.

An ongoing retainer in which Yariv acts as your AI lead: setting priorities, assessing vendors, overseeing builds, and keeping your systems healthy as models and tools change.

Best for
Companies that need someone to own AI but aren't ready to hire for it full-time.
You get
A fixed monthly scope, regular check-ins, and one accountable person for everything AI.

How we work

Every step ends with something you keep: a plan, a map, a working system. No lock-in.

  1. Talk 30 minutes

Tell us what's slowing your business down. We ask questions, share first thoughts, and suggest whether and how to continue.

  2. Map

In a workshop or an audit, we find the opportunities worth pursuing and agree upfront on what success looks like, in numbers you already track.

  3. Build

We start with one focused pilot, put it in front of real users, measure it against the starting point, and improve it.

  4. Scale and hand over

Once it works, we expand it, document it and train your team, or stay on as your fractional AI lead.

Built in practice, not just in slides

We built AI systems for ourselves first.

Yariv built BotItOut, a SaaS platform that deploys and manages teams of AI agents for sales, content and customer support on cloud servers. What we learned building it (permissions, reliability, cost, and what an agent should never do unsupervised) goes into every client project.

Questions businesses ask about AI consulting

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on the intro call, or message us on WhatsApp.

How much does AI consulting cost?

It depends on scope, so we don't publish a price list. Scope and pricing are what the 30-minute intro call is for, once we understand what you need.

Workshops and audits are short, focused engagements. Builds are priced per project once the audit has defined the scope. The fractional AI lead is a monthly retainer. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job for less than a custom build, we'll tell you.

How long does an AI project take?

A strategy workshop typically takes half a day (about 4 hours), remotely or on-site, and an AI-readiness audit typically takes 1–2 weeks. A first working pilot of an AI agent or automation usually takes 4–6 weeks, depending on how many systems it has to connect to.

We prefer small pilots that reach real users quickly over long projects that only show results at the end.

Is our data safe? How do you handle privacy and security?

Data protection is part of the design from day one. We access only what a project needs, under an NDA, and we prefer setups where your data stays in accounts and on servers you control.

We use business-grade AI services whose terms do not allow your data to be used for model training. We keep credentials out of code, require human approval for sensitive actions, and log what agents do. We design with Israel's Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13) and the EU's GDPR in mind, and we work alongside your legal advisor rather than replacing them.

What are the risks, and how do you handle them?

Ask us about them; it's one of the first things we talk about. The real risks are AI that sounds confident and is wrong, sensitive data ending up where it shouldn't, costs that creep up, and automating a process before anyone understands it.

We handle them by starting small on one real process, keeping a person in the loop where mistakes are expensive, logging every action an agent takes, testing outputs before they go live, and tracking cost from day one. And if AI isn't the right fit for something, we'll tell you.

What happens to the people whose work AI takes over?

In our experience, and from what we see in the field, AI rarely replaces the person. It takes over the repetitive part of the job. The people who did that work know the business best, and now they have time to use that knowledge: serving customers better, fixing processes, and finding new ways to create value.

We help your team work with AI like a superpower, so each person gets far more done than before.

Which AI tools and models do you use?

We're vendor-neutral: we choose the model and tools for each task. That usually means leading models such as Claude, GPT and Gemini, and sometimes open-source models when data must stay on your own servers.

Where we can, we build on the tools you already use, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM, WhatsApp, Slack or monday.com. We design each system so the model can be swapped when a better or cheaper one comes along.

Do we need a technical team to work with you?

No. We handle the technical work from start to finish. What we need from you is someone who knows the process well and can make decisions, usually for a few hours a week during the project.

If you do have developers, we work with them and hand over the code, documentation and access so they can own the system.

What ROI can we expect from AI?

We define it before we build. Every project starts by measuring a baseline (hours spent, response times, error rates or revenue per lead) and setting a target, so the return is measured, not guessed.

If the audit shows the numbers don't justify a build, we'll say so. Sometimes the best decision is not to build.

Do you work in Hebrew? Can AI agents work in Hebrew?

Yes to both. Workshops, training and documentation are available in Hebrew or English, and the agents we build can read, write and reply in Hebrew, including right-to-left interfaces and customer support in Hebrew.

Hebrew quality varies between models and tasks, so Hebrew output is reviewed by native speakers before it reaches your customers.

What does a first engagement look like?

It starts with a 30-minute intro call. If there's a fit, the next step is usually a strategy workshop or an AI-readiness audit: a short engagement with a defined scope that ends with a prioritised plan you keep, whether or not you continue with us.

Can you give a talk at our company or meetup?

Yes. A 45–60 minute talk, on-site or online, in Hebrew or English, tailored to leadership, tech teams or the whole company. It includes a live demo of AI agents doing real work. Book a call and tell us about the audience.

What's the difference between AI consulting and buying ChatGPT or Copilot licences?

Licences give people a tool. Consulting gives the business a plan and the systems around that tool.

Chat tools help individuals write and research faster. Agents and automations change how a whole process runs: they connect to your systems, work with your data, and follow your rules.

Which business processes are good candidates for AI?

The best candidates are repetitive tasks that eat hours every week and already leave a digital trail. Examples: answering common customer questions, qualifying leads, drafting content, processing documents and invoices, and moving data between systems.

Rare high-stakes decisions are poor candidates, and so are processes nobody can describe yet. Those usually need fixing before they can be automated.

Bring us the mess. Leave with a plan.

In a 30-minute call, in English or Hebrew, we'll look at how your business runs today and where AI could make the biggest difference.
